Warning to other users: the Constellation app has serious validation bugs. It flagged my correct bank account as “expired 1969,” locked the payment method, and forced me to enter another number. The app accepted a wrong number it should have rejected, which caused a returned ACH and a $30 overdue fee. The browser always showed my account correctly.

The Constellation Energy Hub app is great!!! After a few key strokes my gas bill is paid. The process is quick & convenient!!!

Double Charged with Autopay. Spent the morning arguing with customer service that its a system issue and that both payments are coming from my checking account but they said one was from a credit card but when I asked what the last 4 digits of the credit card used they just gave the last 4 of the checking account. Do not use auto pay on this app!!! Refund will take a couple weeks to get. very frustrating!
