Double Charged with Autopay. Spent the morning arguing with customer service that its a system issue and that both payments are coming from my checking account but they said one was from a credit card but when I asked what the last 4 digits of the credit card used they just gave the last 4 of the checking account. Do not use auto pay on this app!!! Refund will take a couple weeks to get. very frustrating!

HORRIBLE! first of all the app takes forever to load and secondly customer service is the most horrible ever! play dealing with a bunch of kindergarteners. pretty much you can't do a lot of things in this app that it is supposed to do I tried to cancel auto pay and it just refused to do so it said there was an error there's always an error what's the point of having an app if it doesn't work and apparently the people who created this piece of garbage seem to think that it really works...

New updates made this app much better. I love the detailed usage and predictive billing.
