Constian: Tasks at a Glance

Intrahold Ventures

About this app

Constian is a shared task app with a sign that shows, from across the room, whether anything needs attention. Keep your own to-dos, share a space with your family, friends or team, and know at a glance when something is due.

A sign that shows how your tasks stand

The Constian sign displays the status of one space using a single color: green when nothing is due yet, orange when something is due soon, and red when something needs attention. It updates automatically, so a glance is all it takes. The app tells you which task it is and who it’s assigned to.

Shared tasks for home and work

• Share a space with family, housemates, or a team, and invite people with a link
• Give each person a role: owner, admin, or member
• Assign a task to someone, or leave it open to anyone
• Choose which tasks require approval before they count as complete—useful for chores and handoffs
• See changes on everyone’s phone without refreshing

Your own to-dos

• Add tasks with a due date, or keep them undated
• Make individual tasks repeat daily, weekly, or monthly
• Stay informed with customizable push notifications for reminders, task assignments, completions, and approval requests
• See what needs attention first across your own tasks and every shared space

Start small

Try Constian without an account, then create one when you’re ready to share. It works on phones and tablets, with no ads. The sign is optional—you can get one whenever you like at constian.com.
