ConstructionMate helps adult engineering students, homeowners, small contractors and site supervisors calculate material requirements, enter local prices and track project progress.

CALCULATE QUANTITIES
Calculate quantities for supported work such as walls, concrete, excavation, plaster, paint and reinforcement. Use guided wall calculations to include openings and linked finishes. Review specifications and calculation assumptions before adding results to a project.

BUILD YOUR ESTIMATE
Organise work items by project. Review calculated materials, enter supplier rates and include labour and equipment costs. Revise quantities as your plans change.

PREPARE QUOTATIONS
Include your business details and custom logo. Apply profit, internal charges and user-defined taxes. Create quotations with or without taxes and export PDF summaries. Keep issued quotation revisions accessible through quote history.

TRACK SITE PROGRESS
Record completed quantities and compare them with the current project scope. Revised estimates update progress calculations while retaining recorded completion.

WORK OFFLINE
Calculations, saved projects and PDF generation work on your Android device. No ConstructionMate account is required. Export documents and backups to a location you choose.

USE YOUR LOCAL PRICES
Choose your project currency and supported measurement units. Enter prices and tax settings appropriate to your location. The interface is in English.

FREE FEATURES, OPTIONAL AD REMOVAL
All current calculation, project, progress, quotation and PDF features are available free. The free version may display a banner advertisement on Home. An optional one-time purchase removes ads. Advertising, consent services and Google Play purchases use an internet connection.

ConstructionMate is a quantity take-off and estimating aid. Material requirements depend on the dimensions, specifications and allowances you provide. It does not provide structural design, automatic local market prices or certification against every country's measurement rules. Confirm project specifications and applicable requirements before ordering materials or issuing a quotation.
