New updated app has installed itself on my android Samsung a40 phone. Now the biometrics are not available, there is no where to turn it on. When I contacted support they just said turn it on in settings! There is no settings option in my version! So support was rubbish, the new look is not as comprehensive as the old style, it's not as user friendly and it seems to keep launching Samsung wallet for me for no reason! Really annoyed at the app and the service! Why change, was fine before!!! 🤬

Useless app I've been blocked by Engage due to the fact that they (or I did not receive) did not send me the/a OTP (one time password) and when trying to phone customer services WITHIN Their latest almost nonexistent opening hours find it impossible to actually get connected even after days of trying for well over an hour of being on hold listening to music and being told that the best way to do so is via the said (BLOCKED) App

Cant 0 star if i could!. Since the update which really didn't need as the last one was perfectly fine I've had nothing but problems. Signing in seems a ton of hassle sometimes it will sometimes it says I'm putting in my password wrong when I'm not or won't read fingerprint occasionally it does then the app crashes and I get no where. The balance shown when or if you can eventually sign in is not your account balance no to see that u have to go into information to see that, totally rubbish app
