I couldn't even sign up. Whenever I tried to click on a image from my phone, it would send me back to startup. I tried downloading the images from Google Drive and clicking on them directly from Google Drive, but it would refresh each time and each time I would have to sign in with my email and country of residence again and again. I looked at the other reviews and noticed other users having the same issue, so it's not my phone even though it's old. I take good care of my phone and am great at tech having been a graphic design major. I just don't know why the customer app would have such great reviews but they would ignore their contributors. We're a different brand of customer.

Bad user interface! Spent 40 min adding tags to 15 photos and they were rejected because I clicked one wrong button. Instead of having a feature to correct that, you only have the option to do 40 min of work online as well. A bit of a waste of time when you can go to other competitors.

The app actually works fine for me, but they sent an email and you have to set up your payment options and tax information on their website. It keeps redirecting me to an error message suggesting I delete all my cookies. And I do, but it never works. They need to fix this or I'm pulling my content and going somewhere else.
