The Waste Control App is designed to capture food waste data quickly and easily, providing clear insights into what is being wasted in your kitchens and why.
With this new understanding, teams can implement operational and behavioral changes aimed at using their resources in a controlled manner to help end preventable food waste, whether food waste generated in the kitchen or consumer food waste, with this new understanding. In this initiative we will reduce the impact of food and agriculture on biodiversity, such as the reduction of greenhouse gases and the pollution of land and water resources.
