Mejoras y correcciones:

• Arreglado: al abrir "Ausencias" o "Turnos" podía aparecer "No hay…" durante un instante aunque sí hubiera datos; ahora se mantiene la pantalla de carga hasta que la información termina de cargar.
• El cronómetro del turno se sincroniza con el servidor: si cierras el fichaje desde otro dispositivo o la web, deja de contar.
