About this app

Contrology Connection is the student app for our classical Pilates
teacher-training academy, recognized by the National Pilates Certification
Program (NPCP).

Enrolled students can:

• Stream the full training video curriculum, lesson by lesson
• Read the illustrated Mat Manual alongside every exercise, with audio
narration
• Study the Movement Foundations Workbook — anatomy, history, and the
principles of the method
• Take knowledge checks as you progress through your program
• Log and track your training hours — self-practice, observation, and
practice teaching — toward your certificate
• Browse the video reference libraries in any order
• Sign your training agreement and manage your account

TRAINING HOURS, TRACKED PROPERLY
Certification requires documented hours across several categories. The app
keeps a running total against every requirement, separates in-person from
virtual time so you stay inside the allowances, and lets you record class
notes on the exercises you observed.

YOUR MANUAL, WHEREVER YOU PRACTICE
Every lesson carries its own section of the manual, with demonstration
photography and narration you can listen to while you move.

An active enrollment with Contrology Connection is required to access course
content. Enrollment is available at contrologyconnection.com.
