Rage inducing. Almost never works. I had it working for a short time months ago, but then it just stopped talking to my router for no apparent reason. It just says "Disconnected" and I have no easy way to even try connecting the damned thing. And the damned water heater is in my attic so not exactly convenient to go up there and mess with it.

I was able to connect wifi to my tankless and set up the app. It is nice to use the app to recirculate when needed. The app is a little glitchy not showing my control r at times when I log in to app. Seems to be working now. Update 12/20/23 device disconnected and did a reset and reinstall. Get through the whole process and it says failed to fetch and create device.

Haven't had any issues with connectivity or functionality, app basically does what it's supposed to. But the layout and UX makes absolutely no sense. What exactly is the need for a "recirculate for 0 minutes button"? Why hide the start button inconspicuously over to the side when you could just pop up a standard library confirmation? Why not attach units to all values: what the heck is "12 water flow"? Hire an actual UI/UX designer instead of letting the maniacs who came up with this run things.
