Conversational’s Client Portal now keeps quality assurance in your hands. No
more wondering how your clientele is being handled, now you have access to
view all sorts of information on how our receptionists are serving your
business and presenting your brand!
That's right, it is as simple as visiting the portal on any browser, with any
device, anywhere you go. With a secure and simple login process that let’s
you control who has access within your team to view those details.
Key features include:
Client Noticeboard Alerts clients of upcoming events – sales promotions –
future developments - closures and so much more. Making sure you are
always in the know about our services.
Usage See your plan details - usage totals for your current and previous
month’s usage, as well as a breakdown of all interactions handled by
Conversational right down to the receptionist’s notes and recordings of the
calls themselves.
Messages All your messages from your receptionists in one place - which
now allows for higher security in message taking. Since nothing goes out
through internet streams for those message types you choose, you can now
simply receive a notification advising you of a new message and login to
view those details. Protecting your client’s information.
Call Handling With many services client’s set up their account and tend to
forget those finer details over time. With all you need to handle we
understand this and now provide you with access to your call handling
details in real time as the receptionist sees them. Keeping you informed on
how those interactions are being handled and better equipping you to
request changes to your procedures and protocols.
Billing See what plan you’re on, make payments, update payment methods,
and print or view all invoices and statements. This area requires a separate
billing login be entered for access to ensure you can restrict this from other
members on your team.
Contact Us Through this area clients can now call – chat – email or even
schedule their own future call to speak with our account representatives to
make updates to their services – inquire about billing, send us temporary out
of office alerts or to gain support.
