Convious Code Scanner is the gate-scanning app for venues on the Convious platform. Point it at a ticket, season pass or group order and get an instant, unmistakable verdict — clear green admit or red deny, with a beep and vibration you can't miss at a busy entrance.

HOW IT WORKS
Every scan is validated live against your venue's Convious ticketing — the same source of truth as your box office and online sales. No lists to import, no setup on the device: sign in and scan.

• Fast mode — scan and admit in one step, one clear result at a time
• Detailed mode — review the ticket first, then redeem with one tap
• Group orders — admit the whole group or only the guests entering now; the code stays valid for the rest
• Specific rejections — expired, wrong time slot, already used (with when and where), payment issue: your staff always knows what to tell the guest
• Supervisor actions — press-and-hold force entry for edge cases, void a mistaken scan so the ticket works again
• Scan history — searchable log of every scan on the device, with sync status
• Manual entry — type the code when a barcode is damaged
• In English, Dutch, German and French
