ConviTutor: Lesson Scheduler

ConviTutor

About this app

ConviTutor is the lesson scheduler and teaching studio for independent tutors and music teachers. Schedule lessons, send invoices, keep lesson notes and stay in touch with students and parents, all from one app, so you spend less time on admin and more time teaching.

FOR TEACHERS
• Lesson scheduling — One calendar for one-off and recurring lessons, group classes and consultations. Students and parents can request a consultation from the times you open, or ask to reschedule or cancel a lesson, and you decide.
• Lesson reminders — Push reminders before each lesson for you, your students and their parents.
• Invoicing & payments — Send invoices, get paid by card or record cash payments, and see what's paid, outstanding and overdue at a glance.
• Lesson notes & plans — Write lesson notes and plans your students can come back to.
• Music notation & guitar tab — Write sheet music and tab right inside your lesson notes.
• Live video lessons — Built-in video calls with screen sharing and an interactive whiteboard.
• Messaging — One inbox for students, parents and group chats.
• Tasks, quizzes & grades — Assign tasks and quizzes, and grade with weighted categories.
• Practice tracking — A study timer and weekly practice goals show who is putting in the time.
• My Notes — A private board for teaching ideas and to-dos with due dates.

FOR STUDENTS & PARENTS
• See upcoming lessons and get a reminder before each one.
• Join video lessons straight from your schedule.
• Review lesson notes, tasks and practice goals any time.
• Parents can follow their child's lessons, grades and progress.

WHY CONVITUTOR
Built by a music teacher for teachers who run their own practice. Scheduling, payments, notes and messages live in one focused app instead of a stack of spreadsheets, chat apps and payment links. Whether you teach piano, guitar, voice, languages, academics or test prep, ConviTutor gives your teaching studio a professional home.

Available in English, Spanish and French. Some features, such as AI tools, lesson recording, group video calls and larger student rosters, are available on paid plans.

What’s new

• Forms now slide up from the bottom of the screen and stay clear of the keyboard, and closing a form you've started asks first so your text isn't lost.
• Search is easier to find and gets you to the right place faster, with your recent places listed first.
• Sheet music fits phone screens, and checklists in lesson notes show their checkboxes.
• Teachers now get a notification when a payment is received, and payment details are clearer.
• Smoother typing in messages, chat and the lesson editor.
