Cookie Approval Plus is a digital medical prosthetic.

A prosthetic does not restore a limb. It restores a function - a motion the body cannot make. This one is software, and it performs exactly one motion: the small, precise tap that clears a consent prompt.

For most people cookie banners are a minor annoyance. For someone with a motor impairment they are a physical barrier - a small, precise button, in a different place on every site, hit accurately dozens of times a day. Missing it costs another attempt. Sometimes it costs pain. Sometimes it means asking someone for help to read a page.

You decide once. From then on, it performs the tap for you.

WHO IT IS FOR
People living with spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, MS, ALS, Parkinson's, tremor, arthritis, RSI, stroke and limb difference - and anyone for whom small, repeated, precise touch targets are hard or impossible.

HOW IT WORKS
It uses Android's Accessibility Service - the same technology behind screen readers, Switch Access and Voice Access, and the only Android API that lets an app read on-screen content and tap on your behalf.

When a prompt appears, it reads the text on screen, works out which button is which, and presses the one you chose in advance. No interruption. No precise tap required.

YOU DECIDE, ONCE
Each kind of prompt has its own setting: Approve automatically, Reject automatically, or Ignore and leave alone.

Camera, microphone, location and notification prompts are set to REJECT by default. Anything the app cannot confidently identify is set to IGNORE and never pressed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING
This app presses consent buttons for you. That is a genuine delegation of choice.

- By default, cookie banners and privacy notices are APPROVED. Left that way, you are consenting to tracking, analytics and personalised advertising on the sites you visit.
- You can switch cookie banners to Reject. Where a site offers a real reject button, the app presses it. Many sites bury or omit one - then nothing is pressed.
- This app does not make you more private. It makes consenting cost you nothing physically. If privacy is your goal, set cookie banners to Reject and use a browser with tracker blocking.
- The app cannot check whether a site honours your choice.

WHAT IT WILL NEVER PRESS
It acts without asking, so it is deliberately constrained. It refuses any button labelled install, download, buy, pay, subscribe, sign in or add card, in every language. It never acts inside Android Settings, the Play Store, the package installer, the permission manager, the dialer or messaging apps. It refuses screen-covering overlays, and does nothing when unsure.

Every press it makes, and every one it refuses, is logged in the app.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE
No data is collected or transmitted. No analytics. No advertising. No accounts. The app does not request the INTERNET permission, so it cannot send anything anywhere. Screen text is read in memory, then discarded.

The Accessibility Service is the only permission requested. You enable it in Android Settings and can turn it off any time. On first launch, a full disclosure of what it can access must be read and acknowledged.

WHY THIS APP EXISTS
A friend asked for it. He hits this barrier every day, on every site.

What you pay for it goes toward establishing a non-profit building technology that restores lost function - eye-tracking and movement-based control, custom interfaces, and AI-assisted prosthetics.
