I used to be able to choose to watch an ad for extra moves, doubling bonuses, etc. Now I can't watch ad for extra moves and only have the option to pay coins for more, fail the level, or use a bunch of boosters. When I finish a level I can no longer watch an ad to double my coins or other rewards. Why is this happening and can you fix it? If this can be fixed I'd be very grateful and will make sure to leave a positive review for your trouble. Thanks. Update,I've emailed with no reply

I like the game. there's plenty of variety. ads after every level. tech support Sucks. I've sent 4 texts about issues and have yet to hear a thing from them tho it's been 3 months. often, I watch ads for extra moves, sometimes 2 or 3 times. instead of more moves, it goes back to beginning and I end up using coins to complete level. recently finished Holiday card event. did Not get my 10,000 coins for collecting all the cards. also lost over 900 coins in chests for extra cards.

First off they lied about getting the $99 pack free when you download the app. When they lie about it from the start, you know it's a scam. Update, no point in contacting you because it wasn't a misunderstanding. It plainly said what it said. 10,000 coins and all the rest of the $99 package. Then it finally said reach level 50 to get that same pack with only 5000 coins. Another misunderstanding?
