I really like the game and I have absolutely no problem with ads in order to play for free.... my issue is the length of the ads. I believe ads should be 15 seconds to 30 seconds tops, not 45-60-90 seconds. A minute or more is way too long ESPECIALLY for the amount of ads necessary to play this game for free. I really like this game too, but most of the ads are just too long and time consuming which ruins the enjoyment of the game. Some of them also freeze up such as the ad for Tubi.

I like the game. there's plenty of variety. ads after every level. tech support Sucks. I've sent 4 texts about issues and have yet to hear a thing from them tho it's been 3 months. often, I watch ads for extra moves, sometimes 2 or 3 times. instead of more moves, it goes back to beginning and I end up using coins to complete level. recently finished Holiday card event. did Not get my 10,000 coins for collecting all the cards. also lost over 900 coins in chests for extra cards.

First off they lied about getting the $99 pack free when you download the app. When they lie about it from the start, you know it's a scam. Update, no point in contacting you because it wasn't a misunderstanding. It plainly said what it said. 10,000 coins and all the rest of the $99 package. Then it finally said reach level 50 to get that same pack with only 5000 coins. Another misunderstanding?
