A ton of French recipes—sausages, merguez, duck breast, 7-hour leg of lamb, andouillettes, whole sea bass with fennel, dry-aged ribeye…—specifically calibrated for your barbecue. No copy-pasting from elsewhere: every temperature, every cooking time, every Woodfire Flavour setting is validated to give you the perfect results at home.

📲 THE STEP-BY-STEP MODE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
While you cook, your phone guides you step by step: large text readable from 1 meter away from the grill, landscape mode, screen that stays on the whole time, built-in timer, and vibration when the timer is up. Dirty hands, bright sunlight, distance—it's designed for real-life barbecue conditions.

🔥 ALIGNED WITH YOUR WOODFIRE
All recipes display the exact settings from the control panel: mode (GRILL / SMOKER / ROAST / AIR FRY / BAKE), temperature, grill intensity (HI / MED / LO), Woodfire Flavour, and the recommended Ninja pellet blend (All-Purpose or Robust). You simply follow the instructions.

🌡️ PROBE THERMAL GUIDE
Recipes are probe-calibrated. For the Pro XL and Pro Connect XL: precise core temperatures for each doneness level (rare, medium, medium, well-done), resting time management, and two dual-probe recipes (chicken & beef fajitas, ribeye with asparagus). On the Pro Connect XL, you can monitor the temperature in real time in the Ninja Pro Connect app. On the Pro XL, you can monitor the temperature on the machine's control panel or with an instant-read thermometer.
