Ratings and reviews

First time customer when they placed their machine in my condo (this being only a few days old). Ordered spaghetti and a mochi. but the machine failed to order the mochi but I still got charged for it. Tried to make a refund via their WhatsApp but was told to key my order again, forcing me to do down and attempt another pick up. However, the code they provided did not even work. Their solution? Expiring 30 days voucher. Don't bother using their machines.

please allow app users to view the preparing queue for a machine through their phone, the estimated time when ordering and after ordering can increase by 10-15 minutes when its break time in my campus so its really stressful trying to finish a meal within 30 minutes

Great for hunger pangs when youre lazy to cook , go to hawker centre and its only a stones throw away. Besides prices are very reasonable and tastes delicious.
