App to order is convenient, but the notification is irritating! I want the notification for order is ready but not the marketing notification. There is no option to turn off marketing notification which keep pop up every few hours.

Ordered, it said was ready for pickup so I entered my code, but it was still cooking so I came back 10 minutes later. My food was ready but I was missing my drink and dessert. Tried entering my code again but didn't work, customer service went to voicemail. I feel cheated, food tastes nice but garbage UI and app. Didn't give me any cutlery as well, should I eat with my hands? Don't bother ordering

Very nice option when food courts are closed. However you can't get your order number via the app if you accidentally close it or can't remember and have to salvage your order through an email. Could you add the option to do it?
