ChefGenie is an online ordering app for online ordering of unmanned retail equipment. Including receiving orders, ordering reservations, coupons, gift cards, order progress inquiries, meal pick-up notifications, etc.

Ratings and reviews

Machine is situated at sgh staff area with restricted access. Hence, all the items are automatically priced with staff discount. However, it wasnt highlighted that prime membership benefit such as "free drink with every meal" & earning of genie stars are not applicable as the meals are not full-price (discounted due to staff price). It is therefore NOT WORTH paying for the prime membership as u CANNOT enjoy its benefits.

Food fresh and good, but service leads to unnecessary waste. After recent app update, the confusing dial-style time selector caused me to order for 12:10am instead of 12:10pm. I couldn’t collect the food as workplace opens later, and although I canceled, it was already prepared and non-refundable. Fresh food discarded due to a simple UI mistake, which is frustrating and wasteful. Food wastage is a sin and I won't support such a sinful empire. Gd that it's withdrawing fr my co. due to poor sales.

it's good, I love the design of the holder, the cold pressed drinks are great, especially the Mochis they have, I love them, just my Nasi Lemak is a little underwhelming (edit, the scramble eggs are paper tin, the otah is smaller than my finger, and a lot of rice, the rice is very good tho.)
