Extremely annoying with the pop-up ads

They interrupted my old app saying it was old and out of date so I downloaded weather mate and immediately my phone slowed down and the app pops up when ever it wants to and often when I'm trying to do something little pop ups asking me if I want to know what the weather will be like in two weeks time which I don't, it's irritating and frustrating and annoys me all the time, I shall be downloading my old weather app straight away, one star is generous I'd give it no stars if I could.

The weather is good it tells a lot of different things pertaining to the weather. However it is extremely annoying to me that it pops up constantly and on top.of my screen when I am trying to read whatever or watch a video. I deleted this app. because of this. Michael Gunther, Las Vegas, Nevada.
