Hello colleagues,
Based on my own experience with HVAC installation and servicing, and the amount of paperwork involved, I created HVAC Pro: Installation & Service to make everyday work easier for HVAC technicians.
The app helps you manage customers, addresses, phone numbers, installations and service visits, multiple HVAC units, refrigerant type and quantity, notes, and job photos.
After completing a job, you can generate a professional PDF service report and easily share it with your customer. Customer addresses can also be opened directly in navigation.
I also wanted to make payments easier. The app can generate a QR code for payment, allowing the customer to scan it and pay immediately — no typing bank details and no unnecessary waiting for payment.
The goal is simple: keep your customers, jobs, service records, documentation and payments in one place on your phone.
The app was created from the perspective of someone who actually works in the field, so I would really appreciate your feedback and suggestions for features that could make your everyday work even easier.
