Most sleep sound apps play a recording. Sleep Mask creates noise in real time and can adapt it to the sounds around you.

Turn on Adaptive Masking and Sleep Mask listens continuously while it plays. It analyzes a rolling window of room sound four times a second entirely on your device, then smoothly reshapes its synthesized sound to better cover distractions such as snoring, traffic, a television, or voices through the wall.

SHAPE A SOUND YOU CAN SLEEP WITH

Choose White, Pink, Warm Pink, Brown, Deep Brown, or Fan noise. Then tune the tone from open and airy to soft, warm, or dark.

STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY

Set a sleep timer, choose a Gentle, Balanced, or Fast response, and limit the maximum lift. The stop time stays visible at a glance, and audio continues when the screen locks.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Microphone audio is processed only on your device. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. Sleep Mask has no account, ads, analytics, tracking, or data collection.
