You people are thieves in a codede way i fund my wallet to purchase data till now I never see data and I even contact there customer care to complain and they refuse to give response and no refunds

Everything was going well with the app, until the 15th of this month... I transferred money to fund my account and couldn't log into my account since then. Tried it this morning and was able to log in, only to find out that my account wasnt funded,no refund, no way to reach them to log a complaint... the WhatsApp number provided isn't reachable either... the number isn't even complete. Never using the app again!!!

What is up with your customer care service? I can't get across to your customer care agent, as the number is either unreachable or switched off. This is not how business is done. In addition, I subscribed 1 GB on the line i used in registering the app. Up till now, I have not been credited. I am disappointed.
