About this app

S1 Staff is a modern mobile application that digitizes the daily work schedule of personnel. Entry and exit procedures can now be performed solely via phone, eliminating the need for cards or terminals. Secure, fast, and error-free personnel tracking is ensured through QR code or location-based verification.

Easy and Secure Login

Each employee can securely log in to the application with their registered email or phone number and password. User authentication works integrated with the institution's central S1 PDKS infrastructure.

Location-Based Entry/Exit

S1 Staff uses the device's location information to verify whether personnel are actually in their work area. This allows entry and exit only in authorized areas. This feature also enables field workers to register at the right time and place.

Fast Transaction with QR Code

The application has both QR code reading and QR code display capabilities.

Personnel can present their own generated QR code in front of the turnstile or reader device.

Alternatively, they can enter or exit by scanning the QR code on the device.
This dual-directional system easily adapts to different security infrastructures.

Viewing Historical Records

Users can view all past entry and exit movements in detail. Filtering can be done by date range; thus, personnel can easily track their working hours and overtime.

Full Integration with the S1 Ecosystem

S1 Staff works integrated with S1 Building Management and S1 Time and Attendance software. All entries and exits are instantly transferred to the S1 system, and managers can obtain reports from the center. Thus, personnel data from both the field and the office are collected in a single center.

Modern Interface and User Experience

The application appeals to all age groups with its simple and user-friendly interface. You can control your daily movements with a few touches and receive system reminders as notifications.
