The C&H Technical Support app makes it easy for technicians and homeowners to register their products for warranty as well as to gather manuals, certificates, and other information that can be useful for installing and operating the unit or applying for permits and rebates.

Troubleshooting and unit repair can be streamlined with the C&H Technical Support app, where technicians can find relevant manuals and error code guides, verify warranty registration, order replacement parts, and maintain direct communication with C&H Technical Support agents.

Users can also opt in to receive notifications from the app and may create a favorites list for their preferred C&H products.

Ratings and reviews

Registering for an account pops up an error, then on subsequent attempts pops up a "validate" message with no explanation, and the app doesn't proceed. However, it did send an email to verify, which I did. Upon attempting to log in, a similar pop up message with the word "Authorized" comes on, but the screen doesn't advance. This app clearly isn't finished and shouldn't be live in the play store or advertised on their website.
