Was working beautifully then, all of a sudden, keeps saying there's an error and to call a number for help. The number doesn't fix anything, clearing cache doesn't nor does uninstalling then reinstalling. This app was really convenient and I really hope they get it fixed

Like this app. One of the easiest to navigate banking apps I've used! Only problem appears to be to verify it's me, it calls me but doesn't wait til I pick up. You cannot get into it lots of times with 2 calls and then ask it to text you. Just ask if I prefer a text?

When this app works it is great. now for the one star part I have to reset my password consistently. which usually occurs after a security update to either android system or an app update. once every couple of months is fine but this is sometimes happening a couple times a month. Another thing is if fingerprint is so secure quit asking me to confirm my password about as often as i have to change it. Update: it has started working correctly thank you.
