Copa Café brings together in a single application the information and tools that Brazilian coffee growers frequently consult during the harvest: market quotations, lot registration, cost control, and farm weather forecast.
Copa Café quotations — Duro and Rio varieties, 20-grade sort — are displayed along with the commercial dollar and the KC contract (ICE New York), updated throughout the day. The sales simulator calculates the value per sack based on the type of beverage, screen size, and sort size, offering a reference estimate before negotiating with the buyer.
Lot registration allows recording of harvest, beverage type (from Strictly Soft to Rio Zone), screen size, sort size, and number of sacks. Each lot generates a QR Code for traceability, which can be shared via WhatsApp.
In the field diary, the producer records the activities performed — fertilization, spraying, harvesting, maintenance — and tracks the total accumulated cost for the month. Expenses can be entered manually or through automated receipt reading via photo, with subsequent export as a PDF for accounting use. The weather forecast for the next seven days is presented with an indication of reliability, based on the city where the farm is registered in the database.
The plant analysis module allows you to send a photo of a leaf or fruit and receive an initial indication of possible pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies. The response serves as guidance and does not replace an on-site technical evaluation.
Copa Café serves coffee growers from all producing regions of Brazil. The prices displayed are referenced to the Copa Café price, originating from the Matas de Minas region.
