We cultivate five different natural sourdoughs, from rye to wheat and spelled. As a member of the Saarland Region of Delight network, we work very closely with regional producers. Our suppliers include, for example, the Schuwer mill in Ormesheim, the Bliesmühle, the Hartungshof, Birkenhof, organic poultry farm Zenner, butcher Petermann to name just a few.
