About this app

Copailot streamlines the administrative life of airline pilots: scheduling, flight limits, payslip items, and flight logbook.

Connect your crew portal credentials and Copailot automatically retrieves your activity: scheduled and actual flights, month by month, without any manual entry.

ACTIVITY
Your roster in a clear calendar: flights, on-call duty, simulator time, vacations, and rest days, with a daily schedule and details for each day.

LIMITS
Flight time and duty limits calculated in real time based on your actual activity. And the "How Long Can I Fly?" calculator, designed to help you make decisions while in the aircraft.

ITEMS
Computes payslip items month by month: what concepts were generated by your activity and your declarations, so you can review your pay with a solid understanding.

FLIGHT LOGBOOK
Your digital logbook is always up-to-date, with guided uploads to the CAD (ANAC) system and your tax return ready for submission. You can also import your flight log from the company's PDF.

FLIGHT BOOKLET
Offer a flight and find compatible flights: the app cross-checks overlaps and limits before showing you each offer.

MADE FOR THE CABIN
Works in airplane mode: open the app without a signal and see your activity, limits, and logbook exactly as they were in the last update. Anything you mark offline is automatically uploaded when you reconnect.

Your portal credentials are stored encrypted on the server: the app cannot read them. Your data is yours, and you can delete your account—and everything it contains—at any time.

Copailot requires a verified crew member account and an active subscription.
