Horrible, was advised to uninstall and reinstall the app do to problems. Since doing so, it wont load. Tried to email them and it gets denied because my emailed address is not allowed. Try to call them and nobody knows anything and then they send you to an automated number that doesnt ket you talk to an actual person. Garbage company and even worse app and customer service. (Update) Go figure, they reply with a request to email them, when I clearly stated that their email does not work.

Does not let me log in, keeps saying incorrect password, password and username are correct , I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, still unable to book a collection. I received an email from the developer asking me to reset password, it will not allow me to reset password as it says my email isn't recognised.I can log in to the copart site without any problems, but cannot log in to the transportation app. I cannot even send an email to the developer, as it doesn't get delivered

Hi, the Transportation app requires a separate registration from the copart app and website. You can register from within the app by selecting "Register", then "Transporter", and filling out the registration form. You'll then be emailed a temporary pin to login to the app.

Wont let me sign in even though the same account works on copart app and website. Tried on another phone and app wont even load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on both phones but still no working and unable to schedule an collection. Support is useless as no response the only contact we have had is to say they will start to charge me for storage fees and when told there are issues with the app stopping me booking and appointment they said just to reinstall the app.
