Currently, the measurement bulletins carried out for GeT's construction works (Generation and Transmission) are carried out in the GOT (Transmission Works Management) system, within Copel's facilities. This hampers the work of construction inspectors who have to make parallel notes, only to later launch them in the system and for this they have to be logged into Copel's network, which often requires them to return to the office to prepare the bulletins of measurement. With technological innovations, we have a multitude of applications that can be developed to facilitate the daily lives of professionals working in the field. Our proposal is that these measurements, which take place on site at the work, can be launched directly on the cell phone, using a user-friendly and easy-to-use application for this purpose. The proposed solution will allow inspectors in possession of a wifi or 3g network to update all the data of a given contract, that is, all works and measurement bulletins, already existing in the corporate database, thus facilitating the visualization of information through of mobile application by authorized inspectors. In possession of these data of services performed or materials delivered, they will be able to work offline on the works.
The monitoring of the works, which takes place by typing the measured quantities of each item of the work, will be launched directly in the application. At the end of the month, or when the measurement is completed, he will have to send the data to the corporate bank in order to finalize the bulletin. To do this you will only need internet. In addition, the inspector may consult data from contract measurement bulletins at any time.
