NEEDS a "activate my card" feature on the app. Lost/compromised debit card took 28 days to replace,then activation number was incorrect on a Saturday, had to call customer service on Saturday. Automated call options are lengthy..Listen closely as our options have changed, recorded for quality assurance, so many options I didn't need but had to wade thru the sub menus. Frustrating when the bank is closed you're stuck till Monday.

This app is ridiculously useless. Half the time it doesn't work with my thumbprint recognition to allow me to make a deposit, which forces me to travel to a branch to do so. I've tried a multitude of times, yet I'm still here, unable to log in to my banking, writing a negative comment. I really doubt that my thumb print has changed overnight.

Out of the blue, cannot handle a mobile deposit. Very frustrating.
