Promoters App is a single stop mobile application for all of VIP Promoters needs. It has features of attendance to start the work, end of the work. Promoters can log their weekly off or day off in this mobile app.
It also has feature such that promoter can log his attendance when he is close to his workplace so there is assurance that he is available for customer needs.

Promoter can log all goods receipts and return to vendor quantities on daily basis. As daily sales is booked, it automatically updates the current inventory levels per store.

Each store information is captured on daily basis along with pictures of products and how its laid out in the store.

This mobile app is with user ID and password. The credentials have to be given by the system administrator so only authorized users can access the application. Each user has defined roles and based on given authorizations, user will be able to perform transactions.
Promoter can also see all the sales done by him on a given date, for the month and previous two months. Sales reports are also given based on various product attributes such as Brand, Channel & so on.
Each report also shows the difference or gap between the monthly sales target vs actual sales done.

Overall, this one app suffices the needs of the promoters on ground level to capture all sales data, good receipts, return to vendor and all sales reporting.
