Copnetic Flow keeps workflow records and planning estimates in a local workspace.

Add work items with a stage, priority and due date, review dashboard totals, and record activity notes. The included service catalog can be searched and filtered by category.

The quote area supports creating, editing, searching, filtering and deleting records, with local status changes for draft, sent, approved, declined and completed items.

The capacity planner uses team hours, task count, estimated hours, target weeks, completed hours and a buffer percentage to calculate workload, required weekly pace, load ratio and a forecast date. Calculations can be saved to and removed from local history.

All records are stored on the device. There is no account, cloud sync or live team collaboration. The initial dashboard, activity, service, quote, company and planner records are preloaded examples, and calculated dates and workloads are estimates based on the values entered.
