It’s not easy to fit continuing education and board review into your busy schedule. Core Anesthesia is a curriculum of episodes for CRNAs and students designed to help you earn CEUs, pass tests, and review for boards. As former students ourselves, we understand time is scarce, so we designed our courses as podcast episodes you can listen to anywhere. Episodes include printed outlines and sources. Available here and on streaming platforms.

Idk who is getting a 5 star experience out of this app. I bought in because I loved the content. But after a year, I have not enjoyed using the app. It's constantly shutting down when I'm searching through or playing episodes. It's not very easy to find material, and you can't even download episodes to listen to without wifi, which I feel like is pretty basic if you're going to devout a whole app to this. They increased the subscription by $20 and the experience hasn't improved. Disappointed.

This is absolutely worth your time to invest in as a nurse anesthesia resident. There are so many nuggets of wisdom in every episode. Cole and Tanner do a beautiful job of explaining the patho and anesthetic considerations with a sprinkle of their clinical experiences that are so helpful. This is such a beautiful resource that helps pull didactic into the clinical setting. I am forever thankful that something like this exists. Thank you both for your contribution to growing our profession.

Fantastic app and information. When I was a SRNA I would listen to their podcasts on my commute to clinicals, before tests and even as part of preparing for boards. Now that I am a CRNA I am able to us these podcasts as a refresher and also for CEU credits. I have and still recommend these podcasts, and now app, to SRNAs that I work with.
