I liked MICA. MICA was good. This is awful. The ease of access to everything just clutters up the screen. The layout sketching system is a joke. MICA had it's issues. But overall the program was practical. Should've just put more money into MICA instead of changing the application every few years for whatever reason. It using your MICA login and that it "Looks" better are all I'm giving it so far.

To say this app is half baked is an understatement. Going through the training, I started getting excited for it as we would finally be rid of MICA. Well after trying to use it for a few weeks now, I must say a sentence that should never have been allowed to be uttered. "I miss MICA." Mitigate is a navigational nightmare. Our technicians have had crashing trouble, disappearing readings, carriers unhappy due to the app not labeling photos among many other issues. For now we are back to using MICA

Talk about not ready for distribution... Just a terrible product right now. Nothing works like it should. It's not easy to navigate. Why can't you just model something off of a simple dry log? Why does everything have to be so complicated? You're turning building Legos into rocket science. I know they're a competitor and you have to make your own mark but just make something similar to Xactimate....
