When I open a saved template all of the label text is shifted down so I have to completely set up the template again every time I open it. It is also difficult to tell where the margins are on the labels. If you try to put text all the way out to the edge of the label it will not print. There is a fairly large margin around the edge of the label where text will not print but you can't tell how large that margin is in the software. Finally, I have no idea how to delete templates or history.

wow, does this whole product line suck. There are countless posts online of how "user unfriendly" this product is and I regret not reading into it more before I bought the printer. Does not connect to android directly, you have to download a PDF, then the PDF does not print directly, you have to go through a 3rd app for this app to not recognize the format.

In love! Honestly I was expecting it to be kind of difficult to use but it was so easy to set up and use. I just printed my first label so easily with the help of the starter manual and I'm going to be using this a lot in the future for my business. Its perfect!
