This is the most useless app anyone has ever made. Downtime is 98%, it's a rip off. Every time you check balance, it deducts 15 shillings. No connection to the server. Saccos have to provide us an alternative to this useless app. I need to make my payments, I have to wait for it to make connection to the server? Absolutely useless app

The worst finance application I have ever used. Takes ages to load & NO transaction ever succeeds. The application shows a transaction is successful only for a text message to follow telling you your transacting has been received and is being processed. Then shortly after another text saying your transaction has been declined! Every time you open the app you are charged for a balance inquiry?! Mobile money apps no longer even charge for balance inquiry. The USSD platform is not any better.

Very poor. Needs to be completely overhauled. Can't even complete installation process. I've not denied permission but says it 'won't work if permission is denied'. Hides my keypad with the annoying message even after closing the App! The message only goes away upon uninstalling!
