Your monthly interest = total interest / (loan period x 12)
(Example: RM 497/ (1×12) = RM 41.41)

Your monthly instalment = (loan amount + total interest) / (loan period x 12)
(Example: (RM 10,000 + RM 497) / (1×12) = RM 874.75)

Your last instalment amount = monthly instalment + total fee
(Example: RM 874.75 + RM 50 = RM 924.75)
