One of the worst online banking apps I've ever seen. Very unstable, unreliable not user friendly... Always popping error messages for any transaction👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I normally don't rate apps, but for a bank this size? This is abysmal. Please ask the Nigerian banks how they do it. Even banks less than 10 times your size jhave efficienct apps will easy mode of transaction. The consistent lags and sign ins like 10 times don't make sense

If it's within my power I wouldn't go there... Imagine staying in the bank for over four hours just to withdraw money. I requested for a visa card and they kept telling me to come on a particular day, went and they said the person isn't available. I mean what kind of bank is this? I'm so frustrated right now.
