It's a very functional app with quite a few options for customers to choose from in the perspective of how they want their ride to be. Of course the more choices you pick the more time taken in getting a cab increases. Also the rates are better than the competitors.

It's just ok, an alternative when Uber is too expensive. In a lot of cases, no taxi answers to your order, even though its been send to 600+ drivers. You can't add any points of interest as pick up location, but need to know the actual location, eg the name of a restaurant won't work, you need it's address..

It is harder than I thought for finding a taxi to give me a ride. I lived at a place with not much transport provided and the apps said some taxi are around the corner, but nobody pick my order for days. I have to walk a long way out of my village to the road to take a taxi in a traditional way. Listing out my needs in this apps makes me even harder to find a taxi. This is horrible. Taxi drivers choose customers in this apps for sure.
