The app consistently crashes and resets to the home page when you try to report. You answer all the questions and then click "take photo". Once it's done, it should go on to 'submit location', but it doesn't. It loops back to the home screen and does not report your check-in. I've reported this to the officer and the IT guy... Multiple times, with no resolution. The only place I've gotten this app to work is literally in the lobby of the CSCD office.

Report fails to update on website. Samsung Galaxy 5G phone. Must download/reinstall several times. Now photo takes but doesn't send, blocking report send. Mobile App doesn't fit phone screen omitting crop/send on photo page. Yes, permissions granted for camera & location... It just gets worse every month.

app is nothing but spyware for your probation officer period it tracks all of your information. wakes your phone up when you have it turned off. microphone pictures taken. tracks all of your web usage your pictures everything is reported to the p. office. they know where you're at what you're doing they can listen to your mic. they can take pic. with your phone this is a horrible spyware app. you're giving your pro. officer 24 access to your phone and personal behavior. govt overreach
