Ratings and reviews

The app consistently crashes and resets to the home page when you try to report. You answer all the questions and then click "take photo". Once it's done, it should go on to 'submit location', but it doesn't. It loops back to the home screen and does not report your check-in. I've reported this to the officer and the IT guy... Multiple times, with no resolution. The only place I've gotten this app to work is literally in the lobby of the CSCD office.

I'm sorry to put this on here but this app really sucks The only good thing about this app is it tells you you're next appointment to your probation and of course the constant reminder that you owe them money so I write y'all three stars only. because on top of that since I've downloaded it I've had nothing but trouble I don't talk about it the people that told me to download this app do not know how to fix their issues so hopefully the people that are running this appdo better thank you.

It worked fine for checking on amount owed and CSR hours left. Even worked fine for making payments, but when I really need it to work is when I have to remote report. Gets to taking the picture, then locks up with nothing but a white screen.
