This app is limited, in my opinion. For example, if I scroll down to a work order and tap on it. Then exit out it it takes me back all the to the beginning. Rather than the same spot. Also, I can no longer save or download an attachment sent to me via text and upload it to the work order. It requires me to screenshot it. These extra steps are time-consuming and unnecessary. Another issue is when I start uploading pictures to the app, it will pause and start to synchronize data off-line.

Unable to close tickets for the last month or so because I can not go into the Equipment field to select something. It tries to open than kicks me out to the main page with all the listed tickets that are open or in progress. Horrible. I've contacted support and they replied with an email basically wanting me to do their work of support and to send them multiple things. Ive already reinstalled the app and made sure all permissions are enabled. Ridiculous!!

Will not upload photos taken at the job which are extremely important to upload. Just keeps popping up with a red x and doesn't show the photo. Tried re uploading over and over and nothing. This needs to be fixed. A lot of people rely on this app.
