Ratings and reviews

Unable to close tickets for the last month or so because I can not go into the Equipment field to select something. It tries to open than kicks me out to the main page with all the listed tickets that are open or in progress. Horrible. I've contacted support and they replied with an email basically wanting me to do their work of support and to send them multiple things. Ive already reinstalled the app and made sure all permissions are enabled. Ridiculous!!

Wants me to update, yet there is no update so it refuses to load. When it was working it would not accept signatures and states that you need to check out first. Sorry Corrigo, most if not all service providers charge till we leave the parking lot. Worthless app if I have to call the office to check in and out through the IVR phone system. GPS is always off by at least a quarter mile even if I'm in the building. My employees don't understand this app and my subs will not use it.

This app is limited, in my opinion. For example, if I scroll down to a work order and tap on it. Then exit out it it takes me back all the to the beginning. Rather than the same spot. Also, I can no longer save or download an attachment sent to me via text and upload it to the work order. It requires me to screenshot it. These extra steps are time-consuming and unnecessary. Another issue is when I start uploading pictures to the app, it will pause and start to synchronize data off-line.
