if I could rate 0/10 I would. The biometric (fingerprint) login option doesn't work. It doesn't even recognize that you have touched the sensor. Then, you have the alternate option of "use pattern"(Android) which gets you to the login in screen, where you still have to type your password. This is a trash app.

Can't get into the app, figure print doesn't work. To get a 1 time code it never sends. I have to call customer service to unlock my card, get transaction info, can't make a payment..like nothing. I think it's time to find another bank.

App is pretty simple to use. When I had called customer service for assistance it didn't take long for me and I got the help I needed. Only thing is that the biometric login doesn't work all the time and is bugged. And I had a hard time finding my rewards redemption history to show.
