if I could rate 0/10 I would. The biometric (fingerprint) login option doesn't work. It doesn't even recognize that you have touched the sensor. Then, you have the alternate option of "use pattern"(Android) which gets you to the login in screen, where you still have to type your password. This is a trash app.

App is pretty simple to use. When I had called customer service for assistance it didn't take long for me and I got the help I needed. Only thing is that the biometric login doesn't work all the time and is bugged. And I had a hard time finding my rewards redemption history to show.

I love having the option for my fingerprint to log me in only for it to never work, and I have to type in my password every single time. this is a terrible app, and I refuse to use my credit card because of how bad this app is.
