One of the best puzzle games I've ever played. Addictive. I love Shikaku with all my heart. One of my newer interests that I now get to share with all my friends. I downloaded it about a week or two ago, and I'm already past level 160. Simple, neat, and just the right amount of color. My love for strategy games has blossomed thanks to games like Shikaku, and Sudoku. If you like this game, you should also check out other games like KenKen, Kakuro, and Futoshiki. I play this when I can't sleep. ❤️

The glitch on July 1, removing/changing the edit functions, back to normal. BUT ... ADS ADS ADS. TOO MANY, TOO LONG, TOO OFTEN, UNABLE TO EASY EXIT, OR FORCED TO WATCH & PLAY THE DEMO. ***I DON'T WANT TO HEAR "ADS ARE WHAT MAKES IT FREE" -- SPARE ME THE LECTURE. I DOWNLOAD TO PLAY, ACCEPTING THAT ADS ARE NECESSARY. BUT WHEN EXITING OUT THE GAME IS FASTER THAN WAITING/WATCHING, YOU'VE FAILED. I love this game, but you NEED to do something about the ads, they aren't what I downloaded this App for.

While the game functionally runs, it expects you to solve it in just the way it "deems correct". If there are multiple ways to complete a level, it won't proceed until you found the intended one. On the other hand, you can cheese levels with locked numbers, as the locks will only spring if you selected the "correct" solution. one minor bug: locks become invisible if you restart a level after unlocking them. Other than that, it's just your run-of-the-mill clone puzzler you expect it to be.
