Honestly, I feel like this app just keeps getting worse. Constant issues with passwords syncing between mobile and their website (change it on mobile, then websitedoesn't recognize your new password, vice versa is true too). App often feels unresponsive too. Their credit card feels like a second class citizen too. it's mostly an after thought. Unfortunately their banking in person and on the phone seems to be getting worse too. I used to love this bank, but this is getting ridiculous.

Unreliable. If I can log in, it tells me what I need. When I can't log in, I am not given anything other than to reset my password. Constantly being told to reset my password due to an error on their side when it comes to logging in shouldn't be where that ends. Calling doesn't solve the problem, the emails take damn near 30 minutes to get sent. I've banked with them for 10+ years, it's been the same since then. No logging in during the night, now I can't log in during the day.

Update: Now the option for mobile deposit is available, but there are always extra steps to take, such as needing to log in online to sign up for mobile deposit, etc. It seems I often need to call for service and have to go to the website before I can use the option on the app. Frustrating. I can only check my balance, no other services (transfers, bill pay, view statements, etc.) - and that's after needing an update nearly every time I log in. Not convenient.
