It's pretty good at what it says it does. The only annoying things are some buttons have a pastel color that looks like it's disabled, and the date field during a transfer can't be cleared. It would also be great if I could view my check and deposit images in the app. But the greatness of it is that it all seems to work without bugs; all the buttons do what they say.

Update: Now the option for mobile deposit is available, but there are always extra steps to take, such as needing to log in online to sign up for mobile deposit, etc. It seems I often need to call for service and have to go to the website before I can use the option on the app. Frustrating. I can only check my balance, no other services (transfers, bill pay, view statements, etc.) - and that's after needing an update nearly every time I log in. Not convenient.

Unreliable. If I can log in, it tells me what I need. When I can't log in, I am not given anything other than to reset my password. Constantly being told to reset my password due to an error on their side when it comes to logging in shouldn't be where that ends. Calling doesn't solve the problem, the emails take damn near 30 minutes to get sent. I've banked with them for 10+ years, it's been the same since then. No logging in during the night, now I can't log in during the day.
