It took a while to understand how to operate the app. However, once sorted, it was easy to use, with a handy 'pause' function for prolonged stops (the British pub!).

Spent hours trying to pair the device with my phone. Simply would not connect. Then realised it did not work without giving permission to access your storage, and location. More operator error than app error. Needs to be made clear that the device will not connect without these permissions. Could have saved me a lot of time and stress.

The device and app are a fantastic idea but unfortunately how it is applied is a different matter, the device is missing an on/off switch so turning it on or off is hit or miss. The app worked for me on the first 4 rides only, now it doesn't track rides, it stating tech support will resolve the fault, I have contacted them but still it doesn't work, the app and devices are so frustrating. The app doesn't fully work and I now just leave the light on or in standby all the time, hoping it will work
