It was a little difficult but this account works very well. CHEAP $5 FEE FOR TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE BANK. Outside Bank Account "MUST" be in the same Customers name as transfer account. Note: Make sure when sending in Account Verification Information like ID and address is Valid and Clear to read. Bank Statements and other forms CANNOT be over 90 days old. If so, it will be rejected. They process your info pretty quick so make sure you send in VALID INFO for quick processing. Wish I can type more

Website and app constantly have something wrong, not working, misspellings, or just down at random hours. If you like not having access to your money when you need it, with frequent blackout periods for "maintenance" that they don't tell you about and silly high fees for no reason, Cosmo is the app for you. I think the funniest part is when I send in mistakes / misspellings / issues to the support team I never even get a thank you, it's just fixed a couple hours after they've read my DM 😂

BE VERY CAREFUL: everything was fine for the first month. Then all the SUDDEN... MONEY MYSTERIOUSLY WENT MISSING. example: I DEPOSITED $ 75 ON THE CARD (made two small transactions equalling $20) THE NEXT DAY MY CARD HAD 0.00 BALANCE. customer service has no phone number so you have to contact them through email only. I EMAILED THEM EXPLAINING THE ISSUE AND ASKING FOR ALL THE TRANSACTIONS THAT WERE MADE THAT WOULD EXPLAIN WHERE THE MONEY WAS SPENT.......... nothing...no response.
