Website and app constantly have something wrong, not working, misspellings, or just down at random hours. If you like not having access to your money when you need it, with frequent blackout periods for "maintenance" that they don't tell you about and silly high fees for no reason, Cosmo is the app for you. I think the funniest part is when I send in mistakes / misspellings / issues to the support team I never even get a thank you, it's just fixed a couple hours after they've read my DM 😂

Non-existent customer service. They had a major credit card company pull out of their contract and all the prepaid cards just stopped working, and I never got an email or any word about it - I had to email them to find out what was going on. They condescendingly said "yeah, that company backed out, now you have to follow this link and sign up again to get a new card." Six months later, nothing, no card, no communication at all. Just send another email and got an AI bot response. Do not use them.

had documents already accepted and approved account validated but suddenly it keeps resetting the whole process on it's own as if I have to validate the account over and over again, while it doesn't recognize the uploaded documents. absolutely garbage.
