Been having so many issues every since I got it. Previously I had been unable to transfer my bank RBC for some reason, and now I cannot even use my card for cosmopay. So I tried to go back to transferring again to my bank but still the same issues the money is returned, or the app just closed when I go to the bank transfer section. Also I had to email them twice I only got a response after the second time. And they didn't even tell my why I can't use my cosmopay card anymore.

Website and app constantly have something wrong, not working, misspellings, or just down at random hours. If you like not having access to your money when you need it, with frequent blackout periods for "maintenance" that they don't tell you about and silly high fees for no reason, Cosmo is the app for you.
