Ratings and reviews

Constant app crashes. Can't track more than one device at once. Can't edit routines and apply to more than one devices after they've been set. Deeply regret making the switch to this all, feels like a big step backwards. Will update if it improves.

Unable to Pair existing watch to the new app. Had no problems with the old app but am unable to use the new app. It states the QR code is not recognized or that the watch is not registered when it is.

phone and message capability works alright but gps tracking is awful, keeps loosing location every hour so what's the point on paying for this when main reason is to track autistic child during school or trips. useless dont waste money....
