CostasolApp is a multiplatform mobile application for the comprehensive management of real estate projects. It allows owners and buyers to: check construction progress by phase, schedule appointments with real-time availability and integration with the device's calendar, create and track PQR (requests, complaints, and recommendations), report technical issues (CTG), check warranties, view project news, and access PDF manuals. It includes an internal chat between project managers and clients with multimedia file support and a notification center. For administrators, it offers: user management, roles, departments and positions, notification configuration, reports, and customer service representative assignment. The app handles multiple roles with dynamic menus and permissions based on the user's profile.
