About this app

Cosy Staff is the companion app for employees of venues that use the Cosy POS system. It puts your work life in your pocket your rota, leave, payslips and benefits so you always know where you stand.

There's no public sign-up: your manager creates your account and gives you a temporary password. Sign in with your work email, set your own password, and you're in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Your rota see your upcoming shifts at a glance, with dates, times and notes.
• Shift swaps can't make a shift? Ask a colleague in your own role to cover it. Your manager approves it, and the rota updates automatically once your colleague confirms.
• Leave & holiday book, sick or unpaid leave from a simple calendar, and track how much of your allowance is left.
• Payslips view every payslip (gross pay, deductions and net pay) and download it as a PDF whenever you need it.
• Benefits, see the perks your workplace offers.
• Raise an issue — let your manager know about a problem and see when it's resolved.
• Your profile — add a profile photo, change your password, and reset it yourself if you ever forget it.
