Cota Aí organizes your business purchases from start to finish — from quotation to payment — and keeps a price history so you can buy better with each order.

Made for grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, butcher shops, snack bars, and distributors: for those who buy from multiple suppliers and currently manage their purchases using WhatsApp and notebooks.

How it works:

• Create a price quote and send it to your suppliers via WhatsApp or a link — they respond with prices in an organized manner.

• Compare the responses side-by-side and place the order with the supplier offering the best price.

• Track the order until payment is received and import the invoice (XML of the NF-e) to verify what was billed.

• Have the price history of each product always at hand and know instantly if you are paying too much or too little.
